Before the renovation, the 30-apartment multi-dwelling building was connected to the common heating system in the residential area, but it did not allow owners sufficient flexibility.
With the renovation, the building got its own boiler room complete with two natural gas condensing boilers. Consequently, residents gained energy independence from other buildings in the surrounding area.
An independent boiler room also means greater heating reliability and safety, as it is equipped with state-of-the-art safety installations. In addition, residents now have a better overview of costs, which have decreased with the new system in place.
